Who is our Target Market?
Our target market is small to medium sized companies, ranging from Design Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Architectural Practices, Interior Design Practices, Marketing & Communication Companies, Freelancers and Support Staff to name but a few.

So, what's the story?
Historically, prior to the booming business of online job boards, other than placing adverts in industry magazines, another option for recruiting staff has been to employ the services of recruitment agencies.
Generally, recruiters commissions of approximately 15% of a yearly salary for a small to medium agency can be crippling, especially when added to the resources needed to complete the recruitment process during interviewing and 
training periods.
Overall, when recruiting for example a senior designer on a yearly salary of $75,000, a small agency could expect to pay up to $11,250 in commission alone.
Add to this a couple of independent online ads at $150+ per month, and the extra time incurred in briefing and chasing recruiters and sifting through hundreds of highly inappropriate resume responses to an generalist online job board ad, and recruitment costs can accumulate up to anywhere in the region of $15,000 for this single appointment.
